The restaurant had OUTSTANDING meals. The location offered was perfect and exceptionally nice short walk to a shopping mall with a fantastic cafe, as well as a grocery store for bottled water and fun food souvenirs, and the Botanical garden and the lake which invites for running. A few times I ate at Cassava Republic, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The location was ideal, at a medium distance from Botanical Gardens. Double room included a private safe, an air conditioning, and an iron. The staff were all pretty friendly and extremely polite, which was unquestionably a plus.

The units are attractive, tidy with a/c, hot shower plus comfy bed. The price is gbp 139.

The venue is exceptional, with nice food and favourable location next to the lake. Reasonably spacious and attractive rooms complete with hot shower and good equipment, as example. The services are excellent, including a good pool.

The customer care at the Bougee Hotel was outstanding. I was impressed by the prompt and helpful responses to my concerns. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony to enjoy. The breakfast options were delicious and diverse. The hotel offers great value for money and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel.

As young families, we loved the convenient location next to a mall with a great restaurant and supermarket. The check-in and check-out process was efficient, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful. The modern and clean rooms were a plus.

Best Western Hotel in Entebbe is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with easy access to attractions, Victoria Mall, and restaurants. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is helpful. The rooms are modern and well-maintained, with a great variety of breakfast options. The hotel also provides free airport shuttle and access to a gym with a personal trainer.

The staff at Best Premier Garden were incredibly helpful and accommodating during our stay, especially as Deaf travelers. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, including timely pick up of our luggage and wake-up calls. The free transport to the airport was a great added convenience.

Had an amazing Christmas experience at this hotel. The staff were excellent, providing a warm welcome upon arrival. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The location was ideal, close to a shopping centre and a free airport shuttle service. The outdoor pool was also a hit, a perfect spot for relaxation.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. our room was a bit worn out and needed a thorough cleaning.
